Extremely spacious, tastefully furnished 3 bedroomed apartment directly overlooking the 13th green of the world famous old course. Our ground floor apartment has its own large private garden wonderfully situated to enjoy the sun from first thing in the morning until the sun sets in the evening. It has its own 10m x 5m swimming pool which has gentle steps into the shallow end making it ideal for children. There is a spacious terrace with a dining table with seating for 6, a lounge area with 2 sofas, coffee table and footstool which is sheltered by a pergola. Our apartment is set within the secure, gated community of the San Roque Club Resort. It has two championship golf courses, golf school, driving range, equestrian centre, tennis courts, jogging route & superb restaurants. It provides a relaxing, secure environment for golfers & families alike or for those seeking a peaceful & luxurious break in a truly wonderful setting.

This part of the Costa Del Sol is much less developed and more exclusive then other parts of the Costa Del Sol. The climate is warm and sunny for most of the year and is definitely a place to visit not only in the summer but in the spring, autumn and winter when the weather is ideal for golfers. Located in the San Roque Golf Club where there is a hotel leisure complex with bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pools and equestrian centre. Pueblo Nuevo (10 mins drive) for supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, banks & chemist. Sotogrande (10 mins drive) otherwise known as 'Millionaires Marina' for bars, restaurants, marina and has two beach clubs (ideal for children). Gibraltar (easy 20 min drive) for tax free shopping and boat trips. Alcaidaisa (10 mins) has beautiful unspoilt beach & has a couple of really good beach restaurants. Puerto Banus/Mabella (30 min drive) for shopping, marina and nightlife. Tarifa (40 mins) for windsurfing.
