Spacious leisure areas including children' play area, fountain and seating areas, lagoon and walkway, sports area and tennis court. Adjacent to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Large lounge and dining area with satellite television and music stereo player. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer. toaster, kettle etc. Master bedroom and lounge open onto a large balcony area equipped with patio table and chairs. Safe for valuables available. Beach,bowling green and and a wide variety of restaurants and live entertainment a short walk away.Nature Park, golf courses,beaches and marina and the history and culture of Spain a short drive away. Experience the world famous mud baths 20 minutes away. The weekly street market held each Saturday only a 5 minute walk away.

  • BOOKING RATE EXCEPTIONS:
    Easter, Whitsun and Christmas - £300 per week .

    PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SPECIAL OFFERS FOR LONG LETS.
  • BOOKINGS: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to secure. The balance will be due 8-weeks prior to departure as will the £100 key/damage deposit. The deposit is refundable on the return of the keys and is subject to inspection for any damage/loss by our Agents. For departures under 8-weeks, the balance will need to be paid in full.
    CANCELLATIONS: The balance will be due if less than 8-weeks before departure, more than 8-weeks a refund less deposit will be given.
    CLEANING: The cleaning cost is not included in the price. There is a charge of €50 for the end of rental clean/laundry
  • OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
    Airport transfers can be arranged.
    Local taxi arrangements available for those who do not wish to hire a car.
    There is a safe available to keep your valuables in.
    A travel cot, car seat and baby stroller are available at no extra charge.

Ideal for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was spacious and clean with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. The complex was secure, well maintained and the Tennis Court/ Football Pitch were popular with the children. The complex was family orientated, with a lifeguard on duty at the pool and the complex was quiet at night.There were a handful of bars around the corner from the apartment, 'Pablos' was our favourite with a Pool Table and various entertainment going on. We tended to eat at either Villamartin Plaza, which has a good selection of restaurants in beautiful surroundings or Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, where we would recommend Shakiras Indian Restaurant. We tended to use taxis, which cost about 6 Euros each way,although you could walk down into Playa Flamenca. The Saturday Market is 5 minutes away from the apartment and well worth a visit, there are hundreds of stalls and lots of bargains compared with UK prices. We also enjoyed a trip to the Go Kart Track, which is close to the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre.We would definitely stay again.It was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Thank You

A place to relax

A great place for a relaxing holiday. Set within a safe gated complex the apartment was clean & spacious. The layout was user friendly fully furnished and being located with the balcony overlooking the pool area it was ideal to keep an eye out on our son.

The development is very clean and well maintained and has all weather tennis & football courts as well as a childrens play park.

Shops, restaurants and bars are all within a short walk and the famous Saturday market is a must see. There are also a couple of really nice beaches and a shopping / restaurant complex within a short distance.

The main town of Torrevieja is a short drive away and is full of lovely restaurants, cafe's, shops etc. It also boasts a wonderful sandy seafront, landtrain, daily market and funfair.

This is our second visit to the area and we are planning to return to this complex again for another getaway break.

All you need is a good book & a nice bottle of wine and you are on your way to enjoying.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful Apartment

Have just enjoyed two weeks at this lovely apartment. It was light, airy and spacious, and with the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens, the children were never out of sight. The gated complex meant we could really relax - and we did. The apartment had everything that we needed and was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The beaches all close by were some of the nicest that we have been to, and we had some supurb meals out at the commercial centre just a few minutes away. Would definately reccomment this apartment, and look forward to booking again. Thank you.
