This detached 5 bedroom villa sits in a prominent location, down a quiet coastal road, overlooking the pristine beaches of Salgado and across to Nazaré. Plenty of coastal walks and natural beauty to enjoy and you can walk to the beach below. Located just 10 minutes drive from S. Martinho do Porto with its beautiful bay, sandy beaches and range of local facilities including bars, restaurants, bank, post office, supermarkets and daily fresh fruit and veg market. The villa is set on three levels with master bedroom and en suite to the upper floor with terrace off, 4 bedrooms on the mid floor 1 with en suite and separate family bathroom. Utility room. Notes: The swimming pool is not fenced and is therefore unsuitable for small children. Children from the age of 10 would be welcome. The house is on a slope overlooking the sea, and would be difficult for anyone who is not able to cope with stairs.

Beauty, tranquility, excellent location.: Photographs cannot convey the breathtaking beauty of the panoramic sea view from this house, nor the sense of wide open spaces that one enjoys here. At the same time, the house is not isolated from amenities and is ideally located between Sao Martinho and Nazare, with easy access to Alcobaca, Obidos and Caldas da Rainha.

The Great Outdoors: For those who love walking, this is an ideal location. The marked footpaths that cross the ridge on which the house is located, offer the opportunity to fully enjoy the land and seascapes which are available simultaneously on either side of the ridge. Enthusiastic walkers can reach both Sao Martinho and Nazare on foot, with the lure of a beach side cafe, before returning home. For real enthusiasts, there is a coastal path from Nazare to Sao Martinho. The Candeeiros National Park, which has stunning hikes, is less than an hour away.

For Culture Vultures: The central region of Portugal is rich in history. Some of the largest and most beautiful abbeys and churches in Portugal lie within a 30-60 minute drive of the villa. There is never a shortage of places to go for days out. Music festivals are held in Obidos and Alcobaca during the summer months. Lighter entertainment for all the family is available on the local beaches.
