This second floor two bedroom apartment has lovely views over the pool and to the Intercontinental Hotel and town centre as well as the golf course. The apartment has two bedrooms both with twin beds and there is ample wardrobe space. A hairdryer is provided. There is a telephone for incoming calls only. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning in the main area as well as central heating. The apartment is within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Internet access is available in the clubhouse or hotel. There is a games room, with pool/snooker in the sports bar. There is plenty of parking space.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region The regional capital of Murcia is about 30 mins drive away and has a host of fine buildings and shops. The province is situated on the Costa Calida between Costa Blanca and Costa de Almeria. The hub of the Mediterranean. Los Alcazares is well worth a visit and is a 15 min car journey. The area provides numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The Mar Menor beach and promenade are located here. A water sports centre operates off the beach and provides canoeing, jet skiing, sailing and much more. Shoppers can visit Dos Mares shopping centre and stock up. There is plenty for children to do on the resort but a visit to Terra Mitica a Roman themed activity park is well worth a visit. There is also the Aqualandia Waterpark.     Christmas terms are from 19th December 2009 - 2nd January 2010 = 300 pounds
  • Conditions: Booking payments to be made in sterling. A booking deposit of 25% is required, followed by a balance payment no later than six weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by Paypal/bank transfer/internet banking. A refundable deposit of £150 is required against breakages or damage. This will be refunded immediately on authorisation of the key-holder. Flexible changeover day Minimum stay 3 nights July/August 1 week. Arrival time 4pm, departure time 10am.
