Access to the property is gained by lift or stairs and for peace of mind there is 24hr manned security on this gated complex. El Campanario is located close to Estpona and a few minutes from San Pedro and Puerto Banus. The beach is a 5 min drive away or 15 min by walking. Nearest shops, supermarkets/restaurants are a 5 min walk away. For golfers there are 3 large golf courses nearby inc Los Flamingos, El Parasio, Atalayas and many more. Welcome packs are available on request at an additional cost (please enquire for price and contents) Hire of highchair and cot per week can be arranged-payable locally. Swimming pools can be used up until 10pm-please note there is no lifeguard on duty at anytime. A well-behaved pet is allowed but not on furniture please Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Markets /Day out: There are a great number of street markets throughout the Costa del Sol and every one is different with plenty of stalls selling authentic Arabic wares such as pottery, metalwork and leather goods. Markets are available in Marbella on a Monday morning and Saturdays in Puerto Banus There are also theme parks and zoos such as Tivoli World and Selwo Zoo to entertain children and adults alike! There are signs for directions along the coastal road or internet cafes locally can give more information.

Beach: The nearest beach is La Rada Beach (Estepona) and is located in front of the town centre. This is a large popular beach (2.4km long) with golden sand, it has a lovely promenade with gardens and children’s play areas. All kinds of sports are enjoyed here such as windsurfing and kayaking. There are many beach bars serving a wide variety of traditional food such as paella and fresh fish to fast-food such as burgers & French fries. Facilities include water sports, life guards, restaurants, cafes, toilets, showers and deck chairs. (The Marina is located at the western end of La Rada beach).This beach is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag.

Fiestas: The local fiesta is the moment when every town and village strives to put on a splendid show, not only for themselves but also for those who come from afar to admire and enjoy. Over 3,000 fiestas are celebrated every year in Andalucía, including fairs, pilgrimages, and carnivals, mock battles between Moors and Christians and religious processions, throughout the some 800 communities of the region
