There are no city centre parking problems at Villa Mimosa; you will find parking directly in front of the villa and just a few metres away, additional shared parking for the domain. There is a second floor 15 square metre terrace which is excellent for children, shaded with a high wall.

This villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is very secure. There is an alarm system, private gated community with code entry and all windows and external doors have either electric or wooden shutters for secure lock up. Villa Mimosa occupies two floors and benefits from air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout. The extensive grounds are laid with tiles, a wooden deck, covered pergolas and include a heated, lighted pool for extended season swimming. There is a steep hill to the back and it is recommended that young children are supervised very carefully as this area is not gated to date. French pool safety regulations require certain children safety features. This villa includes an electric ‘shutter’ cover and it is a legal requirement that it must be closed and locked at all times when the pool is not in immediate use - for your children as well as other neighbourhood children who may wander about.
It is imperative that guests know they are required, by law, to have the pool closed when not in use, even if they themselves do not have children around. We would like to reassure guests however that the privacy of this villa is well respected and to date no children have wandered in.
