The Apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with air-conditioning/heating and marble flooring throughout. Spacious Terrace to the front and rear of property giving all round sunshine. It is situated on the waterfront with stunning views across the marina. Sotogrande is one of the most luxurious residential developments in Europe offering many sporting activities, swimming, tennis, horse riding, polo, wind-surfing, water skiing, and sailing and an ideal base for golfers, just minutes away from Costa del Sol's top golf courses, including the world famous Valderrama Course. Within the port there are several bars and restaurants where you can relax with a drink, or soak up the sun at one of the local clean sandy family beaches, Whatever it is you're after, you will find it at Sotogrande. The apartment is fully serviced so you benefit from using the facilities of the Reception which is open during the High Season 7 day a week and all other times Monday to Friday.

Featuring a superb fitted kitchen and a living/dining room with a beautiful terrace over looking the marina designed for al fresco dining and watching the exotic craft float by. There are hours of pleasure to be enjoyed just taking in the stunning views of the waterways. This property is suitable for families, couples and in particular golfers and boat lovers. Once you have stayed here you will definitely want to come back!! The apartment is fully serviced so you benefit from using the facilities of the Reception which is open during the High Season 7 day a week and all other times Monday to Friday. This includes the booking of excursions, taxi's, restaurants etc. There is also the facility of internet connection from the reception.
