Roda Golf Views, a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment situated in a sunny location a few short steps away from the swimming pool on a stunning 5 star golf resort run by the prestigious De Vere Group. This is a spacious apartment sleeping 4 comfortably with a master bedroom and en suite opening out onto beautifully landscaped gardens via patio doors. Second bedroom at the opposite end of the hallway with 2 single beds (mattresses zip together) and an additional toilet and shower room. The private terrace is large and slightly elevated away from public walkways, but at the same time just a few steps away from the pool. Apartment benefits from electric shutters to the lounge and master bedroom, air-conditioning, and central heating, cable TV with English and European channels. Secure underground car parking accessible by remote control gates, served by a lift to apartment ground level. On a well established early phase just 5 mins walk to club house and golf course.

Roda Golf and Beach Club is an exclusive 5* resort with a 18 hole PGA Golf Course designed by Dave Thomas and managed by the De Vere group. Just 1.5Km from Los Narejos beach, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares a charming small town famous for it's blue flag beaches. Located on the Mar Menor close to the port of Cartagena, the historic city of Murcia and La Manga. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Nearby are the famous salt flats of Santiago De Pinatar, the mud baths of Lo Pagan, and numerous opportunities to take part in wide variety of water sports. The historic port and city of Cartagena and university city of Murcia are within easy access by motorway for those who cannot do without the shops! The Costa Calida boasts of over 300 days sunshine a year which is why the PGA have located their winter academy at Roda Golf and sister complex Corvera Golf and Country Club.

Roda Beach Club: This is a private Beach Club for residents at the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. Just a short boat trip and air conditioned bus journey to enjoy a Mediterranean beach, pool and restaurant facilities. Local booking is required at the Resort for access to the Beach Club which is also accessible by hire car driving along La Manga strip. Located on the La Manga Del Mar Menor peninsula with beach access to both the Mar Menor, and the Mar Major (Mediterranean). Apartment guests have rights to use all the facilities at the beach club, such as private beach, pool with Jacuzzi, bar restaurant, private changing rooms and lockers.

WOW. For the first time a holiday apartment exceeds expectations. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made an excellent choice. Your local representative was very welcoming and gave us lots of information, from finding the supermarket to the best beech to go to. She also said she was available anytime for any questions we had, which we did and again she was very helpful.
The accommodation itself was perfect. Perfect location on the complex and really easy to find. The rooms we spacious and having 2 bathrooms was essential with 3 women and a toddler! The kitchen had all that we needed, we stayed in a couple of nights and prepared our own food and eat it on the veranda.
The apartment had the grass outside for my toddler to safely play on and the pool was less than 20 yards away. It was always clean and Fortunately not too busy.
The only possible suggestions i would say to make this absolutley perfect would be to have a DVD player and a BBQ. Other than that a perfect place to stay and will be recommending it to anybody who asks.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
