This air-conditioned villa is set within the beautiful and well designed Seaside complex, which borders the beach and has the most wonderful unobstructed sea views. There is a large 1,700 sq ft swimming pool, a 150 sq ft children’s pool, and extensive well kept landscaped gardens offering plenty of room to swim, sunbath, or relax. The terraces and balconies offer perfect views of the dramatic red sunsets. The ground floor terrace has a table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings, and also has its own sun-loungers. The villa is furnished to the highest standards of quality and comfort; there are all the facilities that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have plenty of wardrobe space and the bathrooms are modern, complete with a Jacuzzi in the bath. The kitchen is of a high quality standard.

Calis is a charming and laid back holiday resort, with a seemingly endless stretch beach. The seafront has an attractively paved promenade lined with plenty of friendly bars and restaurants, a perfect place to enjoy a cold beer or cocktail, and relax as the sun sets over the distant peaks. Calis is famous for its dramatic and beautiful red sunsets. For the more energetic there are plenty of water sports and Calis has its very own water park. Fethiye is a very busy harbour town with a population of over 50,000 people. The town imaginatively straddles the old and the new. The attractions range from the modern marina with its impressive yachts to the hustle and bustle of its authentic Turkish bazaar where you can haggle for anything from that 'imitation' handbag through to that original hand made carpet. Fethiye has a magical atmosphere - it is a town not to be missed.

Things to do and see: The Fethiye region has an incredible range of sights and activities. For the naturist's there is butterfly valley with it’s 70 different species, for the historians there are the ancient towns of Kayakov (Ghost Town) and Xanthos, for the adventures there are jeep Safaris and Saklikent with its natural spring, for the boat lovers there are the Gullets, for the energetic there is every conceivable water sport, and for the raving lunatics there is paragliding.

Many thanks for the use of your lovely villa.
We holidayed as a family group of 8 in July/Aug 2009.
We had a great time. The weather was very hot! Too hot for extended sightseeing.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommed the villa - we felt it was well equipped (nice clean pool) and ideally placed for access to the promenade (for restaurants) and for the dolmus, but quiet enough for our family to enjoy a relaxing time.
