This fabulous luxury 97 sq meter open plan penthouse apartment is located on a newly developed five star complex. It benefits from having superior Italian style internal fixtures with double glazing. The master bedroom has the benefit of having a large beautifully tiled en-suite with luxury shower, king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table etc with private door onto the covered/uncovered balcony from which you can enjoy views of the sea, mountain range and enjoy al fresco dining in the sun or shade. It also has a large table with 4 reclining chairs and is accessed through the patio doors from the lounge. (All rooms are fitted with health filter hot/cod air conditioning units). The second large bedroom has two single beds and there is a separate beautifully tiled bathroom with bath and shower. The Italian style kitchen with granite worktops is fully equipped. The lounge contains a large 3 seater leather metal action sofa bed that sleeps 2 people and a 2 seater leather sofa.

The complex comprises of 2 Pools, a Child’s Pool, Snack Bar,Tennis Court, Health Spa, Gym, Beauty treatments and Hairdresser and is ideally located in the quiet area of Kapparis, only minutes walk from local day/nightlife with its excellent restaurants, bars shops that are open all year round as well as a large supermarket only 5 minute drive away. The Nearest sandy beach is a 10 minute walk (500metres). The picturesque village of Paralimni with its squares, churches and all year round tavernas is only 10 minutes drive and the famous Cape Greco is only 15 minutes drive away. The larger beach resort of Protaras with many extra attractions i.e. Fig Tree Bay & the more 'livelier' Protaras 'strip' is only a 10 minute drive or bus ride and Agia Napa is about a 20 minutes drive. Nearly all the local beaches have strictly controlled water sports facilities, all have the blue flag EEC award. The apartment is ideally located to explore local areas including the famous Famagusta 'ghost town.

The Italian style kitchen with granite worktops is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and there is a communal dryer. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are all also provided. In the lounge. There is also a large glass coffee table, wooden Italian end table, Italian wooden TV stand for the 32 inch plasma screen television, DVD/CD player with speakers and decoder that receives approximately 48 English speaking channels. In the dining area there is a large extending glass dining table with six dining chairs.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and a refundable deposit of 100.00 GBP will be required to cover damages and breakages and will be refunded two weeks after vacation of the property. The balance is required 10 weeks pria to the holiday start date all monies to be paid in GBP. Please note that the owner will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal property, or injury or death to any person or visitor, during the period of occupancy. Guests are reminded to take out adequate travel and personal belongings insurance.

Travel to Larnaca: Fly to Larnaca airport. Flights are available most days from the UK with a number of operators. Try easyjet, flythomascook, thomsonfly, ba, flymonarch, cyprusairways. Car hire is readily available at the airport and can be booked in advance e.g. via internet. Car hire is recommended, all road signs are in english, you drive on left and new motorway gives straight road from airport to resort. taxis also available from airport.
