Beautiful cottage in the mountains range between Sóller and Bens D´Avall. Easy car access and parking for one car. The house is prepared with a double bed, a single bed, bathroom with shower, complete kitchen and dining- living room with open fire place and TV with Astra Sat. The partial covered terrace invites either to sunbath or to relax in the shade on hot summer days. The newly built pool is great fun in summer! A realy cosy place to be.

Located close to the village of Sóller or Deya. Plenty of hiking ways can be started here along the coast. With the car you are at the beach of Port de Sóller in 5 minutes or you can choose a fantstic location on the coast like Cala Deya or Lluc Alcari coves to go swimming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable and had most of the home comforts you'd need.

It has fantastic views over the mountains and is pretty quiet as there are not many other properties nearby. The only noise is from the road further down the mountain, but we didn't find that too intrusive. My 3 year old daughter loved her 'holiday bedroom' and the pool. Great patio and BBQ area. The garden was well maintained too.

I would recommend this property if you don't need somewhere huge to relax in on holiday and don't mind being away from a main town / tourist centres. It is a good place for a couple, or those with one child.

You would need a car staying here, but the main town is only around 5 minutes drive. It is a good base for exploring Soller & surrounding area.
