Newly built villa, ample accommodation for 6, self-catering. There is a modern well-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area with air conditioning/ceiling fans to all rooms, satellite TV, and DVD/CD player. The private pool (8m by 5m approx.) is surrounded by a patio area well equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs and BBQ making it perfect for sunbathing and alfresco eating. Leading from the first floor master bedroom is an excellent sun terrace giving beautiful views, an ideal spot for eating and getting that tan.

Set in a quiet residential urbanization, 10 minutes from the safe beach of Mojacar (4 km long) with its many bars, restaurants and night-life. Mojacar hilltop village is nearby with its whitewashed buildings and narrow cobbled streets. 15/20minutes walk to the Spanish village of Turre with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. The area nestles under the Cabrera mountains and the village of Cabrera offers a wonderful collection of Moorish architecture. Nearby is the bustling port and marina of Garrucha, ideal for shopping, eating and strolling. The area is a sporting paradise with Europe's only champion desert golf course and many other golf courses. There is also ample opportunity for water sports, horse riding, fishing and walking. Nearby attractions include Mini Hollywood and zoo at Tabernas, local markets, National Parks and the caves at Sorbas and the historic castle at Lorca. With 320 days of sunshine a year it is a perfect place to unwind away from the busy costas

Most budget airlines fly to Almeria airport ,45 Minutes by car; Murcia San Javier airport 1 hour 20 minutes by car (toll road); Alicante airport 2 hours by car. To enjoy your stay and explore this unspoiled region of Andalucia to the full we strongly recommend that you hire a car from the airport.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: A golfer's paradise with courses at Cortijo Grande,Desert Springs,Marina Golf Mojacar and Valle del Este all within half hour's drive or less. Activities nearby include horse riding, tennis, water sports,fishing trips, quad bikes,go kart racing as well as walking,excellent facilities at the beach an of course the night life. Further afield water theme park at Vera, mini Hollywood and zoo at Tabernas, the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and the caves at Cuevas de Almanzora.

We have stayed in many villas before but I think this villa was one of the best. It was clean and tidy and had everything you would need for a holiday. The pool was spotless thanks to Paul. We will be back as we have some lovely friends who live there.We loved the village found it very friendly

Beautiful holiday appartment and beautiful holiday

Beautiful holiday appartment, extremely well kept, clean and very comfortable.
A lovely setting just minutes walk from the village where we got fresh croisants for breakfast each day. There were also a few restaraunts in town within walking distance and Mojacar was only a twenty minute drive with plenty to see and eat there. I recommend buying fresh fish from the counter and the supermarket there, it was delicious cooked on the bbq back at the villa.
We spent most of our time lounging around the pool, enjoying the sunshine and peace and quiet, a perfect holiday.
We were very thankful for the air-con which is a massive bonus in the appartment and were very happy with the food basics stocked in the fridge when we arrived late at night with no time for shopping!
The information before and at the villa was great so we had no trouble finding it or finding our away around the house and local area.
I would thoroughly reccommend this villa for a couple like us or a family as their was plenty of room and great facilities.

I would recommend this villa, all the family really enjoyed the time at the villa, the kids loved the pool. The people in the town of turre are really friendly The villa was clean and the location was easy to get to. I will be booking again.
