Self catering luxury apartment situated in the Marina de Lagos. Situated in a very good location overlooking the swimming pool/gardens. On entering into the apartment there is a well equipped kitchen on the left hand side of the entrance hall. On walking through there are 2 bedrooms, one with full bathroom en-suite and the other bedroom has a shower room just to the side of it. The spacious lounge/dining room has sliding patio doors leading to the terrace and as the apartment is on the ground floor there is easy access to the swimming pool area. The apartment has its own private parking space in the lock-up garage which is accessible by elevator. All furnishings are of good quality. There is a large supermarket within 5 minute walking distance of the Marina and lots of shops, cafes, restaurants on the Marina itself. The nearest beach is a mere 10 minute walk, as well as the main town of Lagos which is just across the river.

Self catering luxury apartment situated in Marina de Lagos. The stunning town of Lagos is situated along the western coast of the Algarve and easily accessible via the new A22 roadway which is an approximate three quarters of an hour drive from Faro, the capital of the Algarve. The Marina is within walking distance of the town itself, railway station & beach and has all amenities at hand, i.e. restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarket. The Algarve has miles of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, calm clear waters and bays interspersed with rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes. Just a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on as it has for many centuries. Colourful orange groves, almond trees in blossom and fragrant pines are typical of the region. There are several exciting waterparks, horse riding and water sport activities. For golf enthusiasts there are 4 famous international courses in the area.
