We have a choice of 11 two bedroom Palazzo Balcony apartments. Each one enjoys panoramic lake & mountain views from a balcony overlooking the large communal swimming pool & gardens. All of these two bedroom balcony apartments can sleep up to 6 people and all enjoy an open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with either a second double bed or bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. (All double beds can be twinned). The modern interiors are comfortably furnished. There are two balconies from the bedroom and living area where you can take advantage of the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Lugano and its surrounding mountains. The living area is furnished with satellite TV. Wireless internet connection can also be obtained from each apartment by request in the computer shop just in front of the main building. They have amazing birds eye view of the lake, the apartments can be accessed by an elevator/lift.

  • Cleaning Costs
    A weekly cleaning fee of EU85 is to be paid at 'Reception' upon arrival. If bed linen is required, this is available to hire for a fee of EU15 per person for the first week & EU12 for each additional holiday week.
  • Short Breaks
    3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Information about the Resort and Area: The residence enjoys a wide range of facilities, such as a private beach, large outdoor swimming pool, sun-beds, attractive park grounds, a cycle path winding through the whole complex, mini-golf fields, a children’s play area, main reception, on-site hairdresser, Italian restaurant, internet café & bar, conference rooms, on-site parking, laundry room, linen hire as well as tennis & cycle hire, all very close by. The town centre of Porlezza is within close proximity to Porto Letizia and the local supermarket conveniently close by. There is also a good selection of local Italian restaurants to sample and then you can end the evening, walking along the beautiful lakeside boulevard. Porlezza is just 12 km, over the mountain pass from Menaggio on Lake Como and is on the scenic route to the town of Swiss town Lugano. Porlezza is the principle town at this Southern end of the Lake in Italy and adds an Italian flavour to a well known Swiss name!

Nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds. Very good and affordable restaurant and bar with nice personnel. The sea was very warm and clean and the view really nice. Be sure to book with a sea view.We had a perfect week for a family with children. Because of some noicy music and party happenings I would not recommend this place for older people who likes it calm and quiet.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
