Va-et-Vient im Schnee, Fürth, Piesendorf, is a deluxe large free-standing chalet (250 m2 living space); sleeps up to 12 persons, near the wintersport-resorts Zell Am See and Kaprun in the Salzburger Land. On the sunny side (the southern slopes) of the Pinzgau valley overlooking the Hohe Tauern with a spectacular view on Kaprun with its Kitzsteinhorn (skiing opportunities 365 days a year on its gletscher). The 36 golf holes of Zell Am See/Kaprun and skiing areas Schmitten, Saalbach, Maria-Alm, Badgastein, en Hochkönig nearby (Kitzbühel 30 minutes drive). The house has room enough for one or two families with children, but is also very suitable for golf-,bridge-, and/or skiing companies. The chalet has a very large living room, a large sunny terrace, spacious well-equipped kitchen, 6 double bedrooms (one with terrace, two with a large balcony), a 2nd living room with a two-person sleeping couch, three bathrooms (one with bathtub), sauna with shower.

Va et Vient im Schnee (Zell Am See/Kaprun) is located in the small village Fürth (Piesendorf), on the south slope of the Pinzgau valley, with a spectacular view on Kaprun (only 5 minutes by car) and the Kitzsteinhorn, very near four skiiing areas, 36 holes golfcourse and the lake and only 10 minutes by car away from the town center of Zell. By car: 170 km away from Münich, via the comfortable German and Austrian ‘Autobahnen’ and the ‘Bundesstrasse’ 311 direction Zell Am See. By train: Excellent connections by train to Zell Am See, Salzburg and Saalfelden. By air: Münich Airport (2,5 hr) en Salzburg (1 hr). Excellent connections and online booking possibilities online with regular and budget airlines . Nearby towns and cities: Münich: 2,5 hr. ; Mozart-Town Salzburg with many sights to be seen: one hour ; One hour distance of Inzell, Lofer, Saalfelden and many other charming mountain villages in Pinzgau valley and the Salzburger land. Italy and Venice only a 3 hr drive away.

    Rental of bed- and bathlinen is possible at a fee of 10€ per bed (inclusief making the beds, washing and ironing); Must be paid in advance to the owner.

  • The house has four bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two shower areas. One newly installed shower area is combined with a large sauna, washing machine, a dryer and a wash basin. The other shower area has a toilet and a washbasin. The large bathroom connected with the two master bedrooms on the first floor has a bath, a shower apart and two washbasins and plenty of store room for toilet bags. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the second floor the two bedrooms are connected with a recently installed shower area. There is a third toilet apart. In all: four bathrooms for 6 bedrooms, four showers, one bath, seven washbasins, three toilets. No one has to stand in line for a fresh start of the day!

  • The house has three floors. Each floor has two bedrooms. On the ground floor (apart from an extra living room with sleeping couch) two bedrooms with single beds (one with 2 x 1 single box springs, also suitable for a couple), with a washbasin nearby. On the first floor two master bedrooms, with extra large double beds next to the large bathroom. One with direct access to the large terrace with a spectacular view. On the second floor once again two bedrooms with connecting doors (via a bathroom) each with a double bed. Both rooms have washbasins and share a large balcony overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn. All beds have new comfortable mattresses, the rooms are equipped with large cupboards and enough hooks for bathrobes etc.

Large kitchen has a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and freezer, a sink, a four-ring electrical stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffeemaker, extra appliances like a mixer, a toaster,; extra storage in the kitchenette. A large stock of trays, glasses, kitchenware available. Linen and towels can be provided for a rental fee of 10€ a week per person. Extra's: garage for one car. Parking space for approx. 3 cars. Large Sunny terrace overlooking Kaprun & Kitzsteinhorn near living room. Three out of six bedrooms have a balcony or a terrace. Garden furniture and a parasol available. Child’s highchair and child’s bed is available. Table tennis table. The house is not equipped for wheelchairs or severely infirm. The stairs are comfortable. Pets allowed after consulting the owner. Wireless broadband Internet access. This is a NON-SMOKING house.
