This apartment is situated in a small fishing village which has escaped the mass of developments commonly seen in Spain. The apartment is logged on the side of a mountain which contributes to the views. There are 2 well sized bedrooms and a comfortable lounge with sliding doors leading onto the generous terrace and beautiful views. The apartment is beautifully finished with all mod cons. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach, local restaurants and shops. There is a communal pool on site so all your relaxing holiday needs are catered for. Perfect to escape to with the family or friends.

Bolnuevo is a small Spanish fishing village, near Mazarron in the region of Murcia.There are a few shops, bars and restaurants for your every day needs. The coastal areas of Mazarron, Costa Calida, boasts some of the finest beaches in Spain. Peaceful and quiet and very often deserted. Approximately 3.2 km's away is Puerto de Mazarron. which is a typical Spanish fishing port, where the port now boasts a newly built 500 berth marina, accommodating vessels of all sizes. Murcia airport is situated approximately 65 km's away. The towns of Murcia, Cartagena, Totana and Lorca, are within an hour's drive of Mazarron. The shopping facilities in Cartagena and Murcia are excellent. There is a daily market for fresh fruit, meat and vegetables alongside the fish market in both the Port of Mazarron and Mazarron town itself. It is still relatively unspoilt. Activities include swimming, go karting tennis, sailing, scuba diving and there are several golf courses within 10 min driving distance.
