A superb and beautifully appointed villa in the heart of a residential area on the outskirts of Puerto Pollenca. This luxury villa, boasting five double bedrooms is luxuriously appointed, using the finest materials and furnishings throughout. Designed by a prominent architect this property maximises the use of space and light to create a truly stunning villa. The sea is a 250 metre walk, the beach and town a little further but still an easy stroll. Villa de Vistas is named simply to reflect upon incredible mountain views that can be seen from the many windows and terraces throughout the villa. There is also a large gallery and glass roof which allows light to pour into the living space all day. High quality runs throughout this property from the poolside loungers with their deep cushions, to the outside dining areas with large tables and quality chairs. With an interior living space of 430m sq this villa comfortably accommodates 10 without ever feeling cramped.

This resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range is why it remains a favourite destination for families and couples who return time and time again. Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel. From Villa de vistas this wonderful town, and beautiful sandy beach can be reached with just a short stroll. The old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive away. It dates back to the 18th century and is made up of a series of narrow streets and emblematic buildings. This wonderful old town has many cafe's and restaurants and also an amazing market on Sundays.

Notes: The kitchen is fully fitted to a very high standard. A large island unit dominates the room and provides an excellent social area to cook with friends. The island unit is equipped with an induction hob and large gas ring. There is also an oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a room for children, with its own sofa, TV, DVD player, xbox 360 and a variety of board games. Additional xbox games can be bought to the house. The outside area has been designed with the same care and attention as the rest of the villa. Given that open air living and eating is part and parcel of enjoying Mallorca we have ensured that the outdoor area is truly enjoyable. On the first floor is a library area with more sofas’ and chairs a large selection of books. The second floor gives access to the glass floor and ceiling which opens onto two further terraces, one with partial sea views and the other with views to the mountains.

Restaurants: There is a wonderful Spanish restaurant at the end of the street, just 250 meters away. It looks directly onto the bay of Pollensa and the views are breathtaking. The menu is typically Mediterranean and the food is very good as well as being extremely reasonably priced. Within a 15 minute stroll you can find the popular pine walk which is directly on the sea front and offers a large variety of bars and restaurants.

The villa is located a ten minute stroll from the beach and thirty minutes walk from the heart of puerta pollenca.

The standard of the property is excellent, very well equipped with all home comforts.

The outdoor area is fantastic - large pool plenty of sunbeds etc.

Villa owner was extremely helpful to us.
