The property has been designed with spacious rooms and furnished to a high standard throughout while outside the large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and lawn. Al fresco dining is a pure pleasure with the warm evenings and beautiful sunsets. A lovely garden with a big pool and a barbecue with outdoor furniture on the terrace (table and chairs for 8 and also sun beds. The Vila stays 3 minutes walking from the most enjoyable beach of Albufeira - S. Rafael beach. Than it is surrounded very nearly from other beautiful beach such as Coelha, Evaristo and Galé. The Vila is very nearly from good restaurants with very typical Portuguese food and other types of restaurants, bars, markets, bookshop and others.

    1 baby chair and 1 bed (if more there is an extra cost of 20 euros per week);
    an extra single bed can be requested under the price of 70 euros per week.
    The pool towels will be provided but under a refundable payment of 20 euros.
    The Vila provides a system alarm and safe deposit free of charge.
    There is no heater or air condition available.

    The payment must be:
    30% deposit on the reserve;
    70% in 2 week before the arrival.
    It will be requested a caution for damage of 150 euros refundable on the departure date.
    The way of payment will be agreed and provide the details on the confirmation reserve.
