Villa Atlantica is set back from the road behind gardens and the whole property is walled for security and privacy. There is a front locking gate with intercom facility. Atlantica is maintained by the owners and highly recommended by previous guests. It is well appointed family accommodation of a high standard. We know our guests come to Lanzarote for the climate and to make the most of the glorious weather. The 6x3m pool is located at the front of the villa and electrically heated for year round use.

This region and adjoining wine producing area are well worth a visit. Also responsible for shaping Lanzarote is the local artist and architect Cesar Manrique, his installations are visible throughout the Island and his own home is open to the public.Costa Teguise is fast becoming the popular destination with visitors to Lanzarote. The resort is well maintained and a great base from which to explore the island. The beaches of Costa Teguise are the main attraction with miles of toasty golden sand, clear sea and plenty of watersport activities. Snorkling, diving and windsurfing are very popular. The resort has a great many restaurants and shops to cover all tastes and budgets. The Islands original golf course and fun water park are situated in Costa Teguise.

Service: Maid service is once per week for a full linen change. An additional towel change is provided mid week. A set of poolside towels are also included for the duration of your stay, which gives you more space in your suitcase. The pool is cleaned twice weekly. A complimentary welcome pack is provided of tea or coffee,milk, mineral water and a bottle of Spanish cava to get your holiday off to a relaxing start. We provide an information book which contains useful information to help you make the most out of your villa holiday in Lanzarote. This includes maps, excursion information and good places to go. We are also on hand to give our guests personalised helpful information. Cot with bedding and high chair are available for families at no extra cost. Toy boxes are available for the use of families to our villas.

Getting around: We can arrange airport transfer direct to the villa and return to the airport. We have preferential rates for car hire with RR cars which include free use of child/infant seats and roof racks. We can arrange excursions to see the sights if you don't want to drive. We can also arrange trips to the hyper market to get in your shopping or arrange grocery deliveries for your arrival.

Safety: A poolside life-saving pole is provided, but we also recommend that children should be supervised at all times when using the pool. Fire protection and smoke detection devices are provided. All furniture complies with up-to-date safety standards. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa building, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use only. There is a built-in safe for you to store your valuables for extra security.

We recently stayed in Villa Atlantica and had an extremely relaxing holiday.
The property is well situated just a short walk from the resort and very well furnished and equipped.
Our family of six including two children under 10 and two grandparents all would love to return again later this year.
The water park and beaches of Costa teguise are excellent for families.
We were very well looked after by the owner/managers who have lots of local knowledge and suggestions.
Owner's Response: We are always happy to help our guests make the most of their holiday.
Its a real pleasure to get such positive feed back from our satisfied customers

just returned after a week in this villa,it was lovely and clean,the pool and patio areawas quite large with the added bonus of an outside shower,sun loungers (with cushions)and even pool towels provided.The villa is only 5-10mins from shops,beach and bars but if thats to much 2eur in a taxi will do the trick,internally everything you could want,fully equipped kitchen,wonderful lounge area and it does,nt stop there.upstairsboth bedrooms lead onto huge fully furnished patio,s with stunning sea views,
