Additional information about rental rates

  • 50% Deposit of the tariff is required within 1 week of reservation. The balance is required no less than 4 weeks before arrival. There is a REFUNDABLE good housekeeping bond required on the day of arrival which will be returned once 'the pad' has been inspected for damages, breakages or excessive cleaning on departure. This is £50 per night or £300 for a week.
