Photos and Description of this Deia/Deya holiday villa Private, quiet & cute stone built house with pool & sea views in Deià

Rustic stone built house located in a quiet area of Deià, above the Es Moli hotel and enjoys nice views to the sea and to the village, to the Es Puig. The house has been renovated, on two floors, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus it is equipped with central heating and enjoys large terraces all around where to enjoy the views, the sun and the nice pool plus its BBQ. We have more photos of the inside of the house, with all the furniture so if you wish to view them please contact us and we will be pleased to send them over to you by e-mail. Special attention to small kids, the fencing around the whole terrace is not good enough for small children. Pool is also located at only 2/3 metres from the house. We also recomend to rent small cars, car access is possible but it is not done for big luxury cars.

Nearest Airport: Palma de Mallorca airport at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Palma de Mallorca´s port at 26 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Sóller at 10 Kilometres
Car: recommended
The cottage is located at 2 minutes drive from the centre of the village of Deià. Walking is possible but it might take 25 minutes. The village of Deià offers a wide selection of very good restaurants, a nice supermarket where to buy from fresh bread to the most expensive Spanish wines. The Cala Deià is also at 10 minutes driving and offers a beautiful stone cala with two restaurants. It is possible to play tennis in La Residencia Hotel and enjoy their installations.
