Spacious entrance with cloakroom large well furnished sitting & dining room the width of villa with picture windows & direct access to upper open & enclosed patio eating area plus front terrace with fixed barbecue in shrub garden. Attractive fully fitted kitchen with adjoining breakfast area overlooking pool & bay. 4 double bedrooms (1 ensuite) plus 2 bathrooms at lower level with access to 11m deep pool with diving board & steps. Ample car parking local access to sea. Close to local beaches, airport & Mahon. Nb elevations make villa unsuitable for children under 4 years.

Direct access to water possible: also possible to drive car down to water front to launch boat or dinghy. Mahon with market, shops and and restaurants a10-15 minute drive by car.Cala Mesquida is nearest beach located in small Menorcan village and popular with local community also a good fish restaurant with outstanding location.Es Grau also nearby a predominantly Menorcan village (no hotels) large safe bay with sandy beach and excellent sailing opportunities, bars and restaurants.

We have spent many fun family holidays in Villa Catalina.
Situated in Cala Rata, the villa is very conveniently located. Mahon harbour, Mahon centre, the supermarket and Mesquida beach are all 10 minutes drive away. For golfers, the Son Parc golf course is 20 minutes away.

The house has lovely views of both Mahon Harbour on one side and the Cala Rata bay on the other. It is comfortably rather than luxuriously furnished and is well supplied with kitchen equipment and utensils. There is a good sized pool and plenty of sunbathing areas. Towels and bed linen are changed frequently, the garden and pool are always impeccable and overall the house is managed very efficiently.

I highly recommend Villa Catalina for a family holiday.
