Sol Sun Beach is in an excellent location for the beach and is probably one of the best in design. The beautiful pool area is situated on the top of the complex therefore having a large sunbathing area with stunning views over the sea and mountains. Whether you choose the quiet alcoves or enjoy yourself by the pool you will always find a spot. There are organised games in the summer months and a poolside snackbar. This is one of the few aparthotels that have a small amount of apartments with such a large relaxing area. Access to the studio is ideal for wheelchair users as there are no stairs, steps or lifts to negotiate, but inside there would be limited disabled access. Las Americas is only a 15 minute walk away, Puerto Colon is located 5 minutes away and the picturesque fishing village of La Caleta is a longer stroll of about 30 minutes for those wishing to soak up the local atmosphere. Bars and restaurants are plentiful with a good variety to choose from.

Las Americas is only a 15 minute walk from the studio, Puerto Colon Marina is located 5 minutes away and the picturesque fishing village of La Caleta is a longer stroll of approximately 30 minutes. This will take you past the new El Duque Hotel with its own beautiful publc beach. The studio is in the heart of Playa Fanabe with its long sandy beaches and many amenities. The area boasts a large variety of upmarket bars and restaurants for you to choose from. Th new Siam Water Park and the first class Adeje golf course are only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Paragliding, jet skis and whale and dolphin tours are readily available in the locality. Should you wish to travel further afield take the ferry from Los Cristianos to La Gomera or take the island tour including the spectacular Mount Tiede both which can be done in a day. For the energetic there are various organised walking tours in the mountains above the resort. There really is something for everyone, old and young alike.

Additional information about rental rates

  • £50 extra per week for Easter, Christmas and New Year.
    Price is based on 2 people sharing per week any additional people will be charged £15 extra per week.
    £100 non refundable deposit required to secure booking with the balance due 2 months prior to departure.
    Cots are available at the time of booking.
    The rental rates include linen and towels but not beach towels.
    Please make sure that you have sufficient travel insurance at the time of booking should you need to cancel.
  • The apartment is available from 2pm on your arrival date and must be vacated by 11am on your departure date. Should you have a late flight there is a room to lock your luggage away and a shower and toilet facility near reception.

Back from a fantastic week at this very well equipped apartment. Location is very close to the beach and local shops,bars and numerous restaurants. We hired a car, but this is not essential. Pool area is excellent, very clean and plenty od sunbeds. The air conditioning unit in the apartment was an absolute god send, not sure we would have coped very well without it! Thank you Barry & Sonia for letting us the apartment, the booking process was seamless and we will be back again some time soon!!

Stayed here in July 09 and had a wonderful time. Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Location, what can I say, you can't get better in Costa Adeje. Restaurants, supermarkets on your doorstep. Pool is area is good, especially the sun terrace where the breeze from the sea is fantastic. Anytime speaking to the owners, they were very helpful. Would not hesitate to go back to this apartment. Thanks for everything.

Superb ideally located, lots of amenities by beach

Excellent clean apartment with extras (books, DVD's etc) giving a real homely feel and very well maintained. Superb position within complex, no steps or lifts to negotiate access to the apartment entrance. Patio overlooks beach and yacht marina, very relaxing! Low rise complex (2 stories high) with large pool and very pretty gardens/walkways with trees and colourful shrubs. Plenty of quiet areas away from poolside with wonderful views overlooking beach with numerous sunbeds, spaciously located and never crowded. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping within easy access and only a short walking distance. Owner provides excellent customer service and would highly recommend to all friends and family. Fabulous - can't wait to get back!

This was our second stay at this apartment as the location is second to none. The apartment is clean and tidy and has a side view of the sea and promanade from the balcony. The swimming pool is lovely and a good size,
the sun terraces are very spacious and kept very clean, you will not have a problem finding a sunbed as there are plenty provided. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within the immediate location, the food in most restaurants are reasonably priced but beaware of the price of drinks as
this will bump up the bill because of the exchange rate it
can be dearer than the pubs in the uk. Its worth asking before entering if they will do you a deal on drinks, as we managed to get a couple of jugs of sangria free to have with our meal. (dont ask dont get!!).
Had a great stay and would recommend this apartment for all ages. We look forward to our next stay.

Great Holiday

I stayed in this apartment in August 2008 with my family and I can honestly say we had an excellent time. The location of the apartment couldn't be better, literally a 2 min walk from the Beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars and many more attractions. The apartment is lovely, very clean and nicely decorated with a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. The complex itself is also great, clean and friendly. The pool has to shallow parts at each end which is ideal for young children. I have met Sonia and you couldn't meet a nicier lady, Sonia and Barry are very polite and always willing to help. I had booked to return this year but due to an addition to the family we are unable to go but I have moved my dates to 2010 and the whole family can't wait.
