Enjoyed our stay at this excellent house

CA Surrey
Review Submitted: September 10, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay recently (Aug 09) at this wonderful house. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and when we arrived we found the house beyond expectation! The house is very well furnished and equipped to a high standard. The whole house was clean, beds comfortable and the en suite "wet room" bathrooms are great. The pool was the perfect temperature in the heat of August and we enjoyed dining outside. Cooking in the excellent and well equipped kitchen was a delight (as much as cooking on holiday can be!).
The owners supplied a very detailed information pack which contained, amongst other things, restaurant recommendations. We tried a couple of the local restaurants and were not dissapointed.
As the house is fairly near the beaches at Porto San Giorgio we visited one of our favourite beach spots in the area where the beaches are beautiful, uncrowded and the sea is an ideal temperature.
Overall this is a great house and one we would both highly recommend and consider returning to on our next visit to Le Marche.

We had a lovely relaxing week at this luxurious villa. It was so nice it was hard to tear ourselves away to visit elsewhere but we did manage to visit the Italian winemaker of the year 2008, Dezi, and to visit Fermo for the evening market and the Roman Cisterns (both highly recommended).
We recommend this villa wholeheartedly and would love to return ourselves.

Better than home!

ShielT Near Bath, England
Review Submitted: August 24, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We have stayed in many Italian properties, of varying quality, but this one ranks as one of the best. It benefits from being brand new, therefore everything is in tip-top condition and spotlessly clean (with one or two little details still to be completed), but also great thought has gone into its design - it's very stylish but also very welcoming and easy to live in (and that was for up to 8 adults). Preparing meals from local produce in the fabulous kitchen was an absolute pleasure.

We loved the area - very unspoilt, with lots of beautiful hill-top villages, and the real bonus was that we didn't hear another English voice all holiday (apart from those who came to tend the house).

If you want a quiet place to which to escape and relax in "real Italy", it's almost perfect! Once settled in, you will probably find it hard to tear yourself away from the house and pool (and beautiful views).

Communicating (we used email and texting) with the owner, who was extremely helpful, right from the very first enquiry until after our return to England was very easy and efficient.

Review Submitted: July 6, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
Amazing house, such a spectacular setting, so relaxing & peaceful, the pictures on the website look great…but nothing prepares you for the beautiful views. Our days were spent relaxing by the pool or exploring the nearby towns of Petriolo and Mogliano then watching the dazzling sun sets over them in the evenings, fantastic! A really lovely week spent in this gorgeous villa. All home comforts appreciated a real home from home! Would definitely come back to Le Marche - much more to explore and enjoy. We can’t wait to go back
