Villa 'OLIVO' is a lovely single villa with pool, sleeps 6,i t's situated in a quiet hill position, with panoramic sea view, but still within short distance to groceries shops and to the beach. The property has a private garden of 1200m2, well kept and entirely enclosed. The villa is divided on 2 floors. On the ground floor: living-room with TV and direct access to the garden. On the first floor: kitchen, living/dining-room with TV sat, fireplace and nice panoramic terrace equipped with garden furniture, 3 double bedrooms ( 2with double bed, 1 twin bedded), 1 bathroom with bath . Outside you will find garden table and chairs and table tennis. It's a perfect choice for families with children or small parties seeking for relaxful holiday in a quiet environment. The villa is situated on the Massarosa hills around Lucca,235m above sea level,in the 'versilia' region and just 15mins to the nice sandy beaches of Viareggio.From the villa we have beautiful views of the coast: when it's very clear you can see Corsica island,too. Nearby at 300mt, there is a small tuscan village, with an old church,some little shops, a chemist and 2 restaurants. In the 'versilia ' region, miles of golden beaches, smart resorts and coastal towns with superb restaurants are there to be discovered. Opera, arts and music festivals run throughout summer and make Versilia a region where visitors can soak up Italian culture at its finest. The house is also an ideal base for trips in the Apuan Mountains and to visit the famous tuscany sites: Lucca, Pisa (30mins), Florence (70mins), Pisa (30mins), the 'Cinque Terre'... Sports: all water aports, mountain biking, horseback riding,tennis,golf club in Pietrasanta and in Forte dei Marmi.
