A very luxurious and stylish detached villa ideally situated in a prestigious location between the popular coastal resorts of Moraira and Javea, with spectacular views overlooking Javea golf course. This spacious villa is accessed by electric gates and is secured by high walls, it has very well presented accommodation that is furnished to a very high standard to include a luxurious fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a lounge / dining room, a master suite with ensuite, a twin bedroom with ensuite facilities, a double bedroom again with an ensuite, a further double bedroom, a family bathroom and a guest toilet. Outside the villa is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens that have something to offer for everyone and feature an array of mature trees, shrubs and plants. The focal point of the grounds is the wonderful 11m x 5m heated pool with bubble hydro. The pool is surrounded by terracing and has ample sun loungers for the comfort of guests.

The covered terrace with bar area offers the ideal location for al fresco dining on long summer evenings.

Coast: The sandy beaches are just 5 km away whilst a more secluded stony beach is just 4 km away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are approximately 8 km away.

Golf: Javea Golf course is opposite the villa and has nine holes. There is also a new 18 hole golf course situated at the other side of Javea that was designed by Nick Faldo. There are several other gold courses in the area all within a 50 minute drive.
