This spacious, modern 3-bedroom villa is situated in a quiet area not far from the fabulous Meia Praia beach. The villa has a private kidney-shaped pool (approximately 8x4m) and lovely gardens with plenty of different areas for sunbathing and relaxing, and is ideal for a family holiday. The villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has use of a shared bathroom; bedrooms 2 (twin) and 3 (double) are on the first floor, and both have en-suite bathrooms. The living / dining room has satellite TV and comfortable seating and a dining table and seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and so on. From the kitchen and living room patio doors lead out to the private terraces with lovely country views towards the Monchique mountains.

Lagos Marina is only a few minutes drive from the villa and there you will find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, and a short walk over the footbridge takes you to the centre of the historic town of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also less than 5 minutes drive, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. There are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.
