This 2 bedroom duplex apartment is situated in Bargylia, a luxury gated development. The upper floor consists of an open kitchen, dining area and living room with a large balcony. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a single bed that converts into a double), a bathroom and a laundry room. Facilities include a large swimming pool, a children’s swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, a café-bar, small supermarket, children's playground, mini club, animation team, tennis court, semi-private beach with wooden quays and sundecks, 24 hour security. The car park is outside the complex to minimise noise. Inside, ultra quiet chauffeur-driven electric vehicles are provided for residents. A car is not necessary. A mini bus to Bodrum operates every 2 hours from Bargylia from 09.00am until 04.00am in high season. Journey is 35 minutes. A medium size supermarket is situated just behind the bus station in Bodrum town.

  • 10% early bird discount for bookings made more than 6 months in advance
    15% discount for late bookings (less than 3 weeks before arrival)
    5% discount for repeat clients
    A 20% deposit is required with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday. This will be refunded if cancelled 6 weeks before arrival & non-refundable if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival.
    Cancellation: full charge if cancelled less than 6 weeks before UNLESS we are able to re-let the apartment.
    Security deposit of £150.00 is taken prior arrival to cover damage/breakage and will be returned after departure inspection.
    Payment is accepted in British Pounds, Euros and Turkish Liras.
  • We are flexible on arrival and departure dates. Shorter rentals are available during mid and low season. Please contact us for discounted monthly rates.
  • Bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
    Mid stay cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Apartment does not have to be cleaned on departure.

We spent three weeks in July at Bargylia and had a great time. The house is well-furnished, clean and everything you need is present. From the balcony you have a wonderfull view at the sea, you can also sit in the garden if you like. The whole complex is clean and good taken care off. There is security at the entrance, there is a club car service who brings you to the beach and the swimming pool so you don't have to walk the steep roads. There is a small shop and a restaurant. All people I met were kind and helpfull. The owner provided good customer service, I got a lot of helpful information. I would recommend this property to families with small children or teenagers. You can spend your days at the swimming pool (one for small children 50 cm and one bigger pool 148 cm) or on the beach. If you like you can do activities like waterpolo, beach volley, water aerobics, play tennis, etc. If you like to go out you can go to Bodrum by bus, it only takes about 35 minutes and the last bus returns to Bargylia at 4.00 in the morning. A car is always easy, but you don't realy need one. Behind the bus garage in Bodrum there is a medium sized supermarket where you can find all you need. There is also a small village called Guvercinlik on the way to Bodrum, where there is a harbour with some nice and cheap restaurants. I'm sure people who choose this property based on the photographs and information won't be disappointed.
