A very comfortable seaside home (sleeping up to 8). Located on a private road in one of the most sought after villages and 100 yards from one of the best beaches in Cornwall. Totally equipped with everything a family could need. Two double en-suite bedrooms with flat screen televisions, and 2 twin bedrooms for children with an additional family bathroom. Egyptian cotton sheets, towels, toiletries and beach towels supplied. Wireless internet access, and telephone. Play corner with toy cupboard, sitting room with squashy sofas, large flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player and X box, plus DVDs and games. A bright white kitchen with integrated appliances, equipped for rustling up light meals to a dinner party for friends. French doors lead from the kitchen and dining room to the enclosed rear garden.There is a deck with gas BBQ, outside dining table, garden loungers, trampoline, outdoor hot and cold shower and herb garden. Garden store with windbreaks, surf boards, buckets and spades.

Once you arrive you could be forgiven for parking the car and not picking up the keys until you leave. Trevone Bay has 2 sandy beaches and spectacular coastal walks. Padstow is only a five minute drive, with a number of great places to eat including Steins. Hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail or take the ferry over to Rock. There are lots of great beaches along the north coast, learn to surf at Harlyn, and Watergate Bay and Fifteen restaurant is about 15 minutes away. Local amenities including a supermarket, banks, post office and shops are 5 minutes drive away.
