Recent provencal Villa adapted to the families with children (6 adults + 2 juniors/ children in bunk beds), built on a small hill between Valbonne and Mougins, in a closed domain of 8 other houses, with video camera at the entrance of the domain. The property of 1867 m2 is entirely fenced and has its own swimming pool (9 X 4,5m-depth 0.55 with 1,60m), heated on request and very secured by an electric roller-shutter. The jacuzzi for 5 people is right at side. Around, 8 lounge chairs, 3 parasols or best 40 m2 covered terrace giving view on the swimming pool, also the ' place to be for the lunch and to dine (+ 2 lounge chairs).Under the same roof, 3 machines form the fitness corner. In the lower restanque , the petanque playground is equipped with projectors for the plays in evening; The kids and juniors will appreciate the wooded sector at the back where several games await them. L' exposure south, south-west is superb, so is the flowered entrance.

Valbonne is a pleasant old village offering a range of local stores, restaurants, and d' a popular place: The Place des Arcades. Friday is the day of the market. The famous restaurants of Mougins are only 4 kms away. Antibes with its port, its ' Vauban fort ' , its jazz festival and, much l better for the children, its unforgettable Marineland park, can be reached in a few minutes by car. Aqualand, a little further along the coast in Fréjus can also make a very pleasant day . Cannes is famous for its cinema festival in May, its walk on the “Croisette” or its street d' Antibes for window shopping . Those in love with the perfumes will go to Grasse or to the market of the morning market of Nice, on the Saleya Course, to discover the fruits and the flowers of Provence. The golfers will have no problem finding a course on the Cote d'azur.

The TV gives access to the French bouquets Canal+/Canal Satellite with multilingual films and CNN, BBC, BBC world, CNBC, etc… independently of the TV installation of ground floor. The beautiful bathroom with 2 basins has a corner type bath-tub in addition to one shower and WC. Much space for your clothing in the wall cupboard; an electric blind sensitive to the wind (awning) protects the terrace. Just next to the Master bedroom , is the kids' corner (2 bunked beds 1,90 X 0.90m)) with its own Japanese style door and its small window, protected by a grid. A small wall safe for your passports is also located there.

Notes: Handicapped: The villa does not have any special equipment for handicapped ,however the access is very easy, there no steps between the road and the ground floor nor between the ground floor and the covered terrace (also called patio).. On the other hand ,there are 2 small garden type steps to go down to the lawn and swimming pool.

We have just returned from our fifth visit to the Villa and once again we have had a wonderfull time.
The Villa is beautifully presented, air conditioned and absolutely everything you could wish for is provided to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Outside in the lovely garden there is a heated pool, a hot tub, table tennis and football tables and a floodlit petanque court all of which we have used to the full.
The Villa is situated on the edge of Valbonne which must be one of the loveliest little old towns in France and there are a number of good supermarkets within easy reach.The Friday market in Valbonne is well worth a visit as are the many good restaurants in the town and, of course, in nearby Mougins.
The attractions of the coast such as Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Juan le Pin are all within easy reach as are inland attractions such as Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Grasse and the Verdon Gorge.
All in all the Villa and the local area provides everything needed for a marvellous holiday and the owners, Daniel and Elsie, could not be more helpful and friendly.
We are already looking forward to our next visit!
