Casa Grande, has just been refurbished for 2009, with 6 bedrooms and 6 En-Suite bathrooms and is situated less than 1km from Porches & only 5 minutes to Carvoeiro. Its surrounded by vineyards, boasting fantastic views of the Monchique Mountains and surrounding countryside. Just 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from a choice of golf courses, 30 minutes from Faro International Airport a perfect location for any family. One beach worth mentioning is the Paria Da Marinha; this beach was considered as one of the most beautiful beaches and has earned a name for itself as one of the best preserved beaches of the world and only 5 minutes drive.This villa has been adapted for Level 3 mobility access.

Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few night clubs, boutiques, banks, chemist and local facilities. Porches, there are busy restaurant and shops and only 1.5 km drive. Zoo marine is also only 6 km for the villa, this is a must to swim with the dolphins!

Accommodation: This beautiful villa is set on a large plot, surrounded by a well established garden, traditional calçada driveway and parking, and a private graveled automatic gated entrance. 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (5 en-suite), kitchen, living room, dining room, guest toilet, separate laundry room, garage, outside recreational area with table tennis. The kitchen, is fully fitted with built in appliances, lots of storage space, a central island. The kitchen has a back door for easy access to the laundry room, and the outside covered barbecue area.

Accommodation Continued: All the rooms have a central surround sound system, which can be connect to an Ipod docking station.

Outside & Garden: A large games room, Outside covered BBQ area with dinning table room with an adjacent shower room with toilet and basin, this is shared with the barbecue area, and for people wet from the pool. Swimming pool measures 13.00m x 5.00m.

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We travelled with 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 3-16.( 3 teenagers!) Nobody was bored or ready to come home which is very unusual. The villa is stocked with everything you might need and more.The pool is big enough for 'time trials' and you can have various other games competitions if that is what your children like! There were even football goals!
The luxury of outside and inside kitchens was wonderful.The bar was a treat!And you knew the children were safe in the grounds.
It made for a very stress free holiday because we were never in the position of not being able to find a utensil or suchlike in either.
No sport was missed, the kids had a PS3, and my little one could watch C-Beebies or DVD's.
The owner was really hospitable and helpful and went out of his way to help us.
There was no sense of sharing the home as is often the case.
It is a great base for visiting the resorts and beaches and childrens attractions.But, you could happily stay there all the time if thats what you like, without needing to travel too far.
There are good supermarkets nearby and Porches has a helpful pharmacy and small shop very near.
Having rented many a holiday home, and one very near which we had loved, I can honestly say this is a fantastic villa, and our holiday rated amongst my best.

Wonderful, to be Highly Recommended

This is a superbly equipped, amply sized, luxurious villa, situated in a lovely private location but close enough to everything you could possibly desire.
The owner and agent both appeared very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Every possible appliance is provided and the bbq and bar area, which we used alot, is tiptop.
Its not your typical 'villa' type as it is a converted farm house, which makes it all the better, the conversion has been done to a really high quality making the accommodation very confortable, and the villa is big enough that you can loose yourself from the crowd if you wish.
With huge TV's, sky, games consuls Wi-Fi and integrated music through out, it provides for all needs and eventualities.
The pool is very large in comparison to other villas I've been to, and it has a small fence to protect should your party include children.
There are some lovely places and beaches to visit locally and some great restaurants.
I cannot recommend this villa enough and will definitely be paying another visit soon.
Go for it, and have a great time.
