You will live in a central and quiet located 1-room apartment with a clear view to the fantastic mountain range of Davos. The flat with lift and garage is located on the 6th floor of an apartment house in Davos-Platz. We have completely decorated the flat with charme and care and furnished it in high quality. From the landing you will reach the bathroom with toilet, a small kitchen and a light-flooded big living-eating-sleeping room with approx. 33 m² and have access to the sunny south-west-balcony (about 5 m²). Two quality fold-away beds (folded out = double bed) as well as 2 single beds in an alcove invite you two your good night sleep. Enjoy from the balcony the sunset of the red shining Graubündner Alps. In a 5 minute walk you will be in the centre of Davos-Platz at the bus stop (busses go to all ski- and hiking areas). There you will also find supermarkets, retailers, shops, newspaper agents etc. You can reach the train station or railway to the Jakobshorn within 12 minutes.

Notes to the rental rates

• This price includes: service charge, electricity, water, heating, making of beds for your arrival, roll service in the morning, Bar and resting room with drinks (drinks can be taken every time), table tennis room, playing room and caretaker service
  
• Additional costs: linen per person: 25 Swiss Franks (bed-clothes, towels, bathmat, dish-cloth, dishtowel, table napkin), visitor's tax: 5.90 Swiss Franks per person from 12 years and per day (includes all season free trainjournes and bus rides in Davos and Klosters; also free or cheaper participation in sportive/cultural events from Davos Tourism; from may to November free drives with all mountain railways in Davos and Klosters) and final cleaning 65 Swiss Franks.
  
• Additional costs if necessary: telephone and internet (modem) after usage, car park (obligatory by arrival with car) in summer 2 SFr, in winter 3 SFr per day or rather garage 5 SFr during the summer, in winter 8 SFr per day, washing machine and dryer (with coin slot) in the cellar, sauna in the house (additional costs).

The therapeutic effect especially of the Davos high mountain climate has been approved by medical studies, recently. Especially asthmatics, allergic people and people who suffer skin diseases can reduce their symptoms in the allergy-free and house dust-free climate of Davos.

Hiking information

Davos and its landscape is made accessible with 700 km marked, well conserved hiking trails and mountain paths. These guide you through streams, via alp greens, through undiscovered hamlets, to the mountain tops of the region or in the side valleys Sertig, Dischma and Flüela. The Davos' mountain railways lead to the best viewpoint of the Davos hiking area.

Biking information

To cycle in Davos means magnificent trips and changing landscapes. The area around Davos is a paradise for families, hobby cyclists and real cracks. There are guided bike routes from 0 up to 1000 m.

Skiing Information:

From the flat you are within 7 minutes walking distance at the busstop with buses in all directions in all ski resorts; in about 12 minutes directly at the Jakobshornrailway. Davos-Klosters (ski resorts connected) is a dream region for skiing-, cross-country skiing-, carving and snowboard supporters from all over the world. Modern transport facilities are connected to 6 huge winter resorts (5 in Davos); free drive with railway between Davos-Klosters+local busses in both towns; ski and board unlimited: more than 310 km marked pists, 55 transport lifts, 99 which are in superp condition and marked: 29 pistes easy (60 km), 47 pistes medium (132 km), 34 pistes difficult (118 km); cross-country skiing: different cross-country ski runs for classic style (75 km) and skating (40 km), different levels; floodlighted cross-country ski runs (until 21:30 pm); winter hikes + nordic walking: more than 80km winter hiking paths which are vacated; 12 km winter nordic walking routes.
