This sunny villa is set in quiet, undeveloped countryside, close to two sandy beaches. The house has been recently built. Masonry and solid stone walls have been carved in the old - fashioned way. Nice views of the mountains and sea and a lovely sunset on the Atlantic horizon. Distance to Magoito beach 2.5km. Two-storey rustic house. Ground floor - Lobby, toilet, living/dining room 50m2 with fireplace and two solid stone walls, one double with bathroom en-suite. Equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. First floor - lobby with staircase 20m2, double with parlour and log burning stove & bathroom en-suite in oxidised schist walls and hydro massage tub 1,6m diameter. One twin, shower room and terrace 25m2. Cloakroom next to the pool. the Pool water has treatment with salt ionisation. barbecue, central heating, sound system in two bedrooms. Automatic vacuum system. Sintra (World heritage site) 8km, Cascais 25km, Lisboa 30km, Penha Longa Golf 20km, airport 38k.
