This villa really lives up to its name, with a beautiful view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is vitually new,in beautiful condition, and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra. The villa is child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. The large swimming pool ( 10m x 5m ) has Roman steps and can be heated ( this is available as an optional extra ). The pool water is cleaned biologically, which means that the water is very pleasant to swim in. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with a pool side shower and 6 sunbeds. There is a brick built BBQ. There is an alarm system and a safe, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. Accommodation: Ground floor : Lounge / dining room with digital satellite flat screen TV, with BBC & ITV and other channels and a DVD. Fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Door to pool & BBQ terrace

  • Prices listed above are for up to 6 people.
    1additional child can sleep on Z bed at 75 pounds per week.
    Pool heating is 125 pounds per week if required.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week
  • All bookings receive a complimentary food pack

    We also arrange airport transfers and car hire. Please ask for prices
  • Booking via e-mail. A 25% deposit confirms the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card, there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards.
