The open plan living area has a sofa bed and two easy chairs so the apartment can comfortably accommodate four people. There is a television, DVD player, and CD player. The modern bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom also benefits from large French windows, a free-standing wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with grey slate tiles with mosaic detail and there is a spacious shower facility. The kitchen/dining area benefits from good external light and has a four-ring hob, electric oven, washing machine, plus a full-sized fridge-freezer. The dining area features a stylish circular glass dining table and four white chairs. 1st floor with lift.

Lympia is in the heart of Nice’s thriving Port area. Around the corner is the picturesque Port itself, the Antiques Quarter and plenty of restaurants and bars. Seconds away at the end of Rue Stalingrad is the ferry port for Corsica ferries. With the trip to Corsica taking less than three hours, you could be exploring the birthplace of Bonaparte by lunchtime. The small Coco Beach and Reserve are close by and are great for sunbathing and snorkelling. The main beach, Promenade, and Old Town are a 10-15 minute walk away.

  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire.
    An initial deposit equivalent to 1/4 of the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.

let down by the bed and the NOISE

We stayed at this apartment for one week. Its very nicely decorated however I thought it important to inform people that it is situated above a motorbike repair shop, so expect reving of engines frequently and the smell of petrol.
The bed is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced The location is good for the port - avoid the Kookabura Bar is if want to eat as its food is rubbish.
Goods points are plenty of resaurants very close to the apartment and bus stops are close by.
Nice itself is wonderful, suggest hiring a scooter from 'energy scoot' to get about as car parking can be difficult
