Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment Light spacious apartment in the heart of the Old Town.

The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has a king size wrought iron bed and double fitted wardrobes. There is a comfortable sofa and television with DVD player. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and electric cooker with oven. 4th floor. No lift. As is quite common in the Old Town, the stairs are steep so might be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.

Set in the heart of Nice's picturesque Old Town, Rue de la Préfecture is a bustling street containing restaurants, shops, and bars. This is the central hub of the Old Town and from here, the Promenade and beach are only a two minute walk away, with the bus station five minutes away. Around the corner is the Place du Palais, a wonderful square with an ornate fountain set outside the halls of justice surrounded by Niçoise restaurants. The Port area, with its fabulous restaurants and antiques quarter, is a ten minute walk along the picturesque Promenade. The new town is a five minute stroll away and is not to be missed for its architecture and, of course, its shopping!

  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire. An initial £100 deposit is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
