This lovely basement apartment consist of one double bedroom, a spacious living room (with an additional double sofa bed and cable TV, dining area) and a bathroom/shower. Satellite TV, Washing machine, Fridge, Hairdryer, free wireless Internet connection are available. A generous European breakfast of sweet and savoury delights welcomes you to a new day. The option for indulging in breakfast within the house, in the garden or on the veranda is on your request - weather permitting. The main house and apartment is enclosed within a condominium of 7 houses, peacefully nestled within a quiet residential area. Shops of all sorts from snack shops, café bars and restaurants are a stone throw away. The bus stop is around the corner or the train station is a mere 5 minutes walk away, that can both take you to the historic and breath taking centre of Rome within 20 minutes travel time.

Notes: This lovely private apartment resides on the entire lower ground level within my peaceful property. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC-Bidet,wash-basin, hair-dryer and washing machine. Wireles internet roams the entire apartment. A delicious European Buffet awaits you at breakfast which can be served within the main living-room or in the garden or on the veranda on glorious sunny days. There is fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, muesli, every day fresh bread and rolls, ham and cheese. Tea and Coffee is available any time. A delightful restaurant is near the house as well as several delicatessens and 'Pizza take away' where ample fresh foods are served or taken away. A bus stop is 2 minutes and Station Monte Mario 10 min. away from the property. Bus 913 takes you to historic centre within half an hour. For those who like speed, the train/Metro can take you to all the main attractions in less than 30min.
