This is a brand new two bedroom Villa which sleeps up to 6 people, with one double bedroom one twin, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. This Villa is equipped with all the amenities required to enjoy your perfect holiday. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a downstairs cloakroom. You can either sun bathe and swim in your own private pool, or just 5 minutes walk away there are your local bars, shops and restaurants to enjoy that relaxing evening out. The Golden Coast Beach and picturesque Fishing Harbour are just a 5 minutes walk. On the complex there is a Tennis Court, childrens play and picnic area, so there is enough to keep the whole family busy.

The Villa is situated in a quiet area 500 metres from the Golden Coast Beach and picturesque Harbour, with beach side restaurants and water sports. There are many pretty coves and small bays ideal for families to enjoy a day on the beach playing and sunbathing. Walk 500 metres in the other direction and you will find many shops , restaurants and bars. Paralimni is a traditional busy town only 7 kilometres away, with a beautiful Church, large bustling square, surrounded by bars and a variety of shops and three large Supermarkets. Protaras the famous holiday resort is only 7 kilometres along the coast with its bars and restaurants open late into the night. Further on along the coast you will find the national park of Cape Greco preserving the natural beauty of the area. Ayia Napa, 10 kilometres away is a stunning quiet town during the day it has a captivating Harbour, variety of boat trips and cultural events held throughout the year. The famous Water Park is also in Ayia Napa.

We stayed in this villa in mid September for ten nights and it was a great holliday. The villa was excellent just as described and very clean and comfortable everything is supplied for you. The villa is in a peacefull location yet only a 10 minute walk to the main street with its bars and restaurants,(Phoenix is very good for english food and the Noufaro for cypriot dishes). Ten minutes further and you reach the boardwalk to Protoras and you can't beat Safiro's kiosk half way along for a glass of wine or two while the sun goes down. All together a great holliday from the taxi waiting at the airport (arranged by the owners) to the villa and the resort. Can't wait for next year we will definately book this villa again.
