Casa Bonita is a spacious villa which has recently been modernised to a high standard. Located in a quiet residential area yet only walking distance to the town offering a wide range of restaurants and an amazing beach. Outside the property is a barbeque area which leads down to the private pool and sunlounge area. Next to the barbeque is the laundry room. The naya is an ideal spot for eating breakfast whilst enjoying the stunning view of the surrounding hills. This view can also be appreciated from the sun terrace. Inside the villa, the kitchen has been newly re-fitted. The lounge has plenty of seating including a dining table for 6, English satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning/heating. Also upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning/heating. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suites and 1 family bathroom. In the games room, there is a double bed-settee and en-suite shower room. The patio doors in the games room lead you outside to the private pool.

Sitting on the Costa Blanca, the protected village of Moraira oozes charm and beauty. This small fishing village has a large array of bars, cafes and restaurants for any occasion. Situated 1 hours drive from Alicante, Moraira is in an abundance of local attractions. Take a drive down the winding costal roads to discover some of the hidden coves and beaches, or venture up into the mountains for a spectacular view. Moraira is also around an hours drive from Valencia which also offers a number of tourist attractions. Of course that’s not all, Moraira itself often plays host to traditional Spanish events throughout the year.

We have recently returned from a two week holiday at Casa Bonita. The villa is in a great location, not over-looked and with plenty of area's to sit. The pool area is great and kept very clean.

The property itself was clean and well kept with all the information required provided prior to your arrival at the villa.

whilst there any concerns you had if any were dealt with by steve and his wife.

the villa was a downhill walk to the town approx 20 minutes and a 5 minute taxi ride back for approx 6 euros.

a lovely villa which was made better due to the air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
