The house is beautifully furnished throughout, the living area oozes comfort and style, with a Large Screen TV, DVD Player. Our villa offers the perfect mix of privacy, luxury and location with 2165 sq feet of living space all on one level. Also a wonderful, private swimming pool, spa and deck which back up woodlands and lakes to provide you a tremendous view. The spacious pool area has been extended so you have the benefit of all day long sun. The big pool area offers privacy and fun for all the family. Why not hire a Gas BBQ and enjoy the sunsets sipping a cold drink and taking dips in the inviting pool to cool off? Our villa truly offers everything for a Fun Orlando Vacation. Additional information about rental rates

  • Rate includes all local Florida state taxes (13%), normal use off electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen, high speed wireless Internet access, local phone calls.Optional welcome packs of € 35 & € 55,--, use of gas Barbecue/Grill, € 65,-- per week. A portable child's cot (crib) and high chair are also provided euro € 35,-- each per week. Bookings made 6 weeks prior arrival are payable by PayPal. We will send you a payment request by e-mail if you don't have a PayPal account.
  • There is a cleaning fee of € 85 for stays of 5 nights or less or a tariff less than € 500. Minimal stay is 5 nights. Monthly rentals (minimum of 4 weeks/ 28 days) are possible starting at € 1.750,--.
    Pool heating is recommended between October and April and is available for € 175 a week or € 25 a day if stay is shorter than 7 days. Booking deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price. Credit card payments are accepted by Pay Pall at a surcharge of 4%! Security deposit (payable at time balance is due - 6 weeks prior arrival) €250. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has arisen during stay.
    There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the villa. If holiday dates required span more than one price zone, enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/ 7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 7 nights
  • The deposit of 30% of the rental cost will secure your reservation, which can be paid by Paypal (credit card at no charge). The balance becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking. A security deposit of € 250 is required with your final payment. This will normally be returned to you in full within two weeks of your departure.

    We try to make this as easy as possible for you. Your balance payment may be made by Paypal with credit card (4% service charge for these option) or Internet Banking.

This was our first family holiday to Florida and we found this a great base for travelling.

Easy to locate and about 25 minutes from Disney.Also good for travelling to the west coast.

The house is stunning,beautiful decor and has everything you might need.

The pool and hot tub are great and welcome at the end of a busy day.

Having looked a probably over 500 properties we were very pleased we chose this house.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
