The recently lovingly renovated house is located in Acoteias, a small suburb of Albufeira (Algarve Sheraton Pine Cliffs Hotel area), in a renovated resort, distinguished by old stone pine trees. The house has a front garden with terrace and outdoor fireplace as well as a second garden w/terrace and outdoor shower, community pool in the complex (seasonal). It is about 7 km from Albufeira. The beautiful, long sand beach and the fascinating cliffs are easily within walking distance (15 minutes). In the 'Centre' of Acoteias there is a laid-back atmosphere, several restaurants with typical Portuguese and international cuisine, small pubs, shops (good fish markets) and supermarkets with bakery. Albufeira has a lot to offer. A 9-hole golf course is located in the middle of the Sheraton Resort. There are fantastic 18-hole golf courses about 10-20 km away.
