This recently renovated apartment has picturesque French windows to both the lounge and bedroom with traditional Catalan vaulted ceiling in the living area. The bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed and has built-in fitted wardrobes. The living area consists of an extensible dining table with leather chairs, flat screen TV and DVD player and the large comfortable leather sofa is easily converted to become a double bed. This spacious apartment provides comfortable sleeping for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ceramic hob and fan oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle. The complete bathroom includes double sized shower, basin and WC. The apartment is located on a semi-pedestrianised street in the highly fashionable district of Gracia. Close by are many bars, restaurants and cafes offering a range of cuisines and styles. Gracia is a well known district, with the famous Verdi cinema being just a short stroll away. Gaudi’s Parc Guell is also within walking distance.

    Changeover any day. Normal check-in after 15:00. Check-out before 11:00. (For a check-in or out between 10pm - 8am there is a surcharge of 30 euro.)
  • There is an additional cleaning charge of 40 euros per stay. Additional cleans for longer stays - please enquire. There is also 150 euro security deposit required, which is payable on arrival and returned at the end of your stay.

Before renting this apartment I was in touch with the owners who provided us with all the information we needed for getting to the apartment and getting around. There was also plenty of printed information in the apartment. My husband and I spent three nights and four days there and it more than lived up to our expectations. It was clean, well decorated and furnished and fully equipped including CDs, videos, and a guitar. The neighbourhood is charming and preserves the traditional Catalan character. The local shops and restaurants are good and the metro within easy walking distance even for an over-sixty year old.
