Situated at the end of a very quiet cul de sac, 'Rosslyn' is a spacious, detached, 3 bedroom bungalow. Our family home for 20 years it is now being offered for the first time as a holiday rental and guests will appreciate the comfort of a real 'home from home' and the advantages of a very well equipped house in a prime location. Occupying a large corner plot 'Rosslyn' offers a sweeping red bricked driveway giving off street parking for several cars, three different patio areas so that you can follow the sun and a very private, secluded garden with Cornish dry stone walls, lawn and shrubs overlooking Forrabury church. The house has a large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen with double sink, full electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster & coffee maker, dining area, one double, one twin and one single bedroom, family bathroom with heated towel rail and mira shower over bath. Barbecue and garden furniture are provided.

'Rosslyn' has views of Forrabury church, as featured in the series 'A Seaside Parish' and is a few minutes walk from the coastal path. The 16th century Napoleon Inn and the Bottreaux restaurant are 10 mins walk and offer excellent food, live music and entertainment. Lower Boscastle has the beautiful Elizabethan harbour with shops, pubs, tea rooms and the world famous museum of witchcraft. A small beach can be found 2 miles away at Bossiney and the surfing beach at Trebarwith Strand is about 5 miles away. Tintagel, the home of King Arthur is 3 miles away. North Cornwall has a fabulous choice of food from freshly caught mackerel in Boscastle and clotted cream teas to the restaurants of Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver in nearby Padstow. The bungalow has a large selection of books and tourist information full of ideas for days trips and visits ranging from beautiful gardens and mansions to retail therapy and theme parks. Bike hire is possible in Wadebridge & Camelford to follow the Camel trail

Notes: Due to its proximity to the coastal path, the bungalow is particularly suited to couples who enjoy walking and one well-behaved dog would be considered (please note the property is carpeted throughout except for the small conservatory which is tiled and could be used as an area for drying wet paws!). Regular buses run from Boscastle to Tintagel and Crackington Haven allowing you to walk one way and return by public transport. Rentals during peak and high season are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am but a flexible arrival and departure is possible outside these periods with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
