The studio is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the town, 20 minutes from the beach and Nice International Airport. The property is about 23m2. It has an entrance hall with bathroom off it. The bathroom has shower, washbasin, and WC. The main living area is open plan with kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen area has a 4 hob electric cooker, fridge and microwave. French doors lead to the patio which has a table and chairs and an electric awning. This is south facing and gets the sun all day.

The apartment is situated close to the Medieval village of Vence. Vence is located in the hills behind Nice, with stunning views of these mountains and the sea. En route to Vence one passes St Paul de Vence, famous for its artists and art galleries, and the Colombe D'Or Restaurant, once frequented by the legendary actor Yves Montand. Vence has three large supermarkets, cinema, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in keeping with the traditional French village atmosphere, and in summer time is host to the very popular 'Les Nuits du Sud' concerts. Vence is also home to the Matisse chapel. Renoir's house (now a museum) is in nearby 'Cagnes sur Mer. There is a regular bus service from Vence to Nice via Cagnes sur Mer and the Airport. There is also a bus service to the coast and Cagnes sur Mer where there is a train station from which you can take a train all along this coast - breathtaking views. There are several championship golf courses in the area for those interested.
