Sunset villa with authentic style and panoramic sea view. Close to the sea, charming, very atmospheric, with a fantastic view of the Aegean sea overlooking the islands of Delos, Syros, Tinos. Build in 2001, the main villa is 180 sq metres and has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, separate entertainment room, kitchen with breakfast room. (In the kitchen there is also a coffee machine Nespresso, toaster... cutlery and dishes are available in an adequate amount.) Separate guest-suit with extra Kitchen, 1 double bedroom, a living room and 1 bathroom. The guest-suite is one meter from the 6x12m swimming pool near by an extra wc, and 2 showers. A barbecue and a lounge table for 12. There is an internet connection. Interior ceilings are decorated by traditional style wooden beams.There is also a Parking.

Notes: The Villa has three levels. On the third level is the double bedroom with its private bathroom. On the second level (main entrance) are the Kitchen, the dinning room and the belvedere room (sunset!). On the first level are the swimming pool, the Exterior suite (independent entrance) with the view of the pool, the bbq, the lounge table and the garden with the other rooms. Everything you need for vacation is present in the villa.
