Edinburgh Villas tranquil garden flat, located in Stockbridge in the heart of Edinburgh, only a 10 minute walk from Princes street and surrounding attractions. The garden flat is ideally located, just minutes from Stockbridge groceries, 2nd hand shops, butchers & bakers, art galleries, restaurants, popular pubs, parks & gardens. The flat is a 1 bedroom garden apartment with private outdoor patio. The living room also has a quality queen size sleeper sofa, and the property is then able to sleep 4. There is a fully equipped small kitchen area off the living room with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. The Living Room comfortably seats 4 and has a large picture window overlooking the private patio, there's also a TV with many channels and wireless internet connection. There's a small dining room and the bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

  • The Master Bedroom is extremely quiet (as is the whole property). It's a spacious room with a large bed, and the bed linens we use are high thread count egyptian linen. The floors are the orginal wood with a large persian rug. Original working shutters and an ornamental fireplace. Tv too. The Living Room will have a sleeper sofa and the Garden Flat will sleep 4 from April (or perhaps before depending on when the couch arrives!).

In the heart of Edinburgh yet a lovely retreat!: The garden flat is set to the back of a large traditional Edinburgh building. There are shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet the garden flat is a lovely peaceful escape! Travelling by car? If you're here for the weekend then you're fine, as you can park weekends and evenings in the permit holder spaces for free. However please be aware that parking is restriced to permit only during M_F work days. If you're here for a week with a car, then we are able to offer a parking space, which is a 20 minute walk away, for a total of £20, a lot cheaper!

Book with us and relax, you've chosen well!!: Edinburgh villa is now into its 3rd year of rentals and the garden flat is new for 2009. Visit our website where we have more information on Edinburgh, our lovely properties and all our guest testimonials, we always offer excellent service and we're here to help those unfamiliar with Edinburgh and Scotland.

Charming flat in Edinburgh

We had a wonderful stay in the garden flat. It is quaint and cute while also being practical and convenient. The setting is very nice with an open garden in the back and very quiet residential street. It is a good location for travelers. We hope to go back again!
