This new 3 bedroom Cyprus Villa with uninterrupted sea views from its roof terrace has its own private pool and is situated in a quiet complex only a 5 minute stroll to a small sandy cove at Kapparis. The two storey villa is stylishly furnished with elegant finishing touches and attention to detail. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a bedroom located on this floor and a guest cloakroom is also located on this level. The further two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the remaining double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the rental price.

In a quieter area of Kapparis near to the sandy bay whilst only being a short drive to the main resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the villa and worth a visit is Tony's Restaurant to experience the Greek dancing show. There are plenty of restaurants in Kapparis to cater for all from The Faliros and their specialist steaks and Just Italian for their pasta dishes to The Shanghi Dragon for their Chinese dishes. There are bars to suit all tastes from the elegant Mello Wine Bar to the Kennedy Bar which has regular entertainment. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. With water sports available from the Malamar Beach you may just want to stay longer to fit everything in.Culture lovers can explore the medieval churches found in the villages or the folk art museums. The children will love the Marine Life Museum in Ayia Napa which has an amazing replica of a 4th century trading ship.

Competitive Car Hire: We can arrange competitive Car Rental rates. The representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge with a board with your name on it. They will take you to the villa to off load your luggage, and then onto the office to pick up your hire car. They will also return you to the airport. This service is available 24 hours a day -7 days a week.

Ski: In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympos is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long. The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long

Golf: Nearest Golf is:- Golf Training Field, Eastern Mediterranean University - Famagusta. This field is established in 2001 to serve golf lovers to do training on this grass field. The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training. Reservation and Usage: From Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 18:00 there is a special instructor who can teach golf for beginners. Exellent villa, beautiful sea view to die for , well maintained and a very good costomer service, ideal location as 2 mins away from all local bars resturants also large supermarket.ideal for kids as villa has private swimming pool which my kids just wouldnt get out off also villa has open view as its not surrounded my other properties..

The best holiday we have had in years!

I reviewed this property before and could not resist reviewing it again because we had the most memorable and fantastic holiday in Sep 08 in this luxurious cosy villa. We are looking to go back to Cyprus in September this year as we want to explore the Karpasi peninsula (turtle bay) which we could not complete last year.

Anyway a bit about our holiday last year, and if you ever wanted a perfect holiday, this is it! This villa had everything for us, the perfect service from myproperty, fantastic location overlooking a farm, all the creature comforts and the best bit was that it worked out cheaper then a package holiday. Everything you wanted was at hand (even a BBQ) and what was so different was that our kids went for a swim in the pool before breakfast.

The location was superb, and we were spoilt for beach choices. Ten mins drive towards Ayia Napa and you hit Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach. Go towards the tip of cyprus and you have Ayia Triada and Firemans beach! It's get better, the waters are so crystal clear and warm that you can swim all day! Why people go to Barbados or the Canaries is beyond my comprehension.

Once again can I say a big thank you to My property for making us feel at home and giving us a "A perfect holiday"
