This spectacular 4 bedroom villa has its own private heated pool and is situated in the busy resort of Protaras only a 10 minute stroll to a small sandy cove. The three storey villa is furnished with all the requirements for a family holiday. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard with considerable attention to detail. It benefits from central heating and superb sea and mountain views. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge area has access to a veranda at the front and access to the private overflow heated swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob and fridge/freezer. One of the double bedrooms is on this level along with a guest cloakroom which has a full shower. On the 1st floor is the master and 2nd bedroom which share a large veranda overlooking the sea and pool There is a second lounge area with utility room in the lower level. Here is the 4th bedroom along with the 3rd bathroom.

In a quiet area in Protaras very close to a sandy bay and horse riding stables whilst only being a short walk to the main resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the villa and worth a visit are The Pieros Restaurant for the relaxed atmosphere and freshly prepared food and the Don Corleone Italian Restaurant in Protaras for their superb pizzas and hospitality. Culture lovers can explore the medieval churches found in the villages or the folk art museums. The children will love the Marine Life Museum in Ayia Napa which has an amazing replica of a 4th century trading ship which sunk off the coast of Kyrenia. There is a myriad of other cultural events that take place throughout the year. Enjoy musical performances with big star names or take in an ancient Greek drama. Many traditional events are celebrated, including the pageantry of Greek Orthodox Easter.

They will take you to the villa to off load your luggage, and then onto the office to pick up your hire car. They will also return you to the airport. Ski: In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympos is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long. The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long

Golf: Nearest Golf is:- Golf Training Field, Eastern Mediterranean University - Famagusta. This field is established in 2001 to serve golf lovers to do training on this grass field. The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training.
