This 1 bedroom first floor apartment is situated in a complex which has a large communal pool and separate children pool. It is situated just off the Nissi Avenue in the centre of Ayia Napa and is only a 10 minute walk to the main tourist area. The apartment is fully furnished with attention to detail. The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV with DVD player and access to the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes. The bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units. Outside on the private veranda are the patio table and four chairs. The property and location are ideal for families and couples.

Apartment Nerine is located off Nissi Avenue in the heart of Ayia Napa. It is only a short walk to the famous Nissi Beach and the main resort of Ayia Napa and all the nightlife. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to the apartment and worth a visit is the Odessa bar just 500 yards away on the main Nissi Avenue. You will be assured of a friendly welcome and lovely Greek and English fayre. Just so you don't miss the latest sports there is a new Sports bar just next to the Odessa. The Valentinos bar is just on the corner of the apartment and they have a children play area where you can have a drink whilst the little ones are entertained. Don't miss a visit to the square at night to see the Monastery and revel in the atmosphere of all the bars. Culture lovers can explore the medieval churches found in the villages or the folk art museums. The children will love the Marine Life Museum in Ayia Napa which has an amazing replica of a 4th century trading ship.

They will take you to the villa to off load your luggage, and then onto the office to pick up your hire car. They will also return you to the airport. Ski: In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympus is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long. The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long

Golf: Nearest Golf is:- Golf Training Field, Eastern Mediterranean University - Famagusta. This field is established in 2001 to serve golf lovers to do training on this grass field. The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training. Reservation and Usage: From Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 18:00 there is a special instructor who can teach golf for beginners.
