This fantastic three bedroom detached villa has a private pool and is located just metres from a secluded sandy beach at Ayia Thekla. The two storey villa is stylishly furnished and is in an ideal location for families and couples. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge area features a TV, satellite system and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats six guests and there is also a guest cloakroom on this level. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has a veranda. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units which are included in the rental price. The property and location is suitable for both families and couples.

Villa Helene is situated in a picturesque area of Ayia Thekla yet is only a short drive to the main resort of Ayia Napa. There is a supermarket and restaurant within easy walking distance to the villa. Worth a visit is Hokkaido Japanese restaurant for the superb food and chef's floor show whilst they prepare the food at your table and the Blueberries restaurant for their specialty steaks. Another place to visit is the sea food restaurant in Potamos harbour where you can sample the fresh catch of the day whilst looking out over the bay. There are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes in the centre of Ayia Napa and a regular bus service runs to the areas of Protaras and Paralimni for further sight seeing. The villa is very close to Water World, the largest water park in Europe; and water sports are available at Nissi Beach and Nissi Bay. Some of the best snorkeling and diving can be had off Cape Greko, which is also home to the national forest park

Competitive Car Hire: We can arrange competitive Car Rental rates. The representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge with a board with your name on it. They will take you to the villa to off load your luggage, and then onto the office to pick up your hire car. They will also return you to the airport. This service is available 24 hours a day -7 days a week.

Ski: In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympos is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long. The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long

Golf: Nearest Golf is:- Golf Training Field, Eastern Mediterranean University - Famagusta. This field is established in 2001 to serve golf lovers to do training on this grass field. The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training. Reservation and Usage: From Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 18:00 there is a special instructor who can teach golf for beginners. Group of us spent a week at this Villa in June 2009. Exceeded our expecations and had a great time. All facilities as described with Villa very clean and very well maintained. Pool definitely a bonus and greatly appreciated as the weather was exceptional during our stay. Pool cleaned on a regular basis and the pool area was a sun trap all day. Superb customer service provided at all times. Car recommended but taxi to Ayia Napa 12 Euro with taxi's comfortably taking 6 people. The lovely Lana Beach a mere 5 mins away by car. There is a very well stocked supermarket 2 mins away by foot with the Zafira Cafe / Bar Restaurant next door. The Zafira turned out to be very reasonable for both food and drink offering meals throughout the day closing around midnight.
